Working in a multi-disciplinary team, you will be involved in helping to drive the management of operations to deliver the clinical department’s shared goal and overall strategic objectives.
- Assist in the planning, development, evaluation, and implementation of clinical services and programmes
- Ensure compliance to the standards of operations
- Conduct periodic reviews and updates of existing procedures and policies to improve the efficiency in service delivery and quality improvement
- Manage and report administrative functions
- Data analysis, proposal writing, monitoring of Key Performance Indicators, and generating performance reports
- Strong communication skills and experience in working with or managing teams
- Task and detail oriented and ability to multi-task
- Strong analytical skills
- A degree, preferably in Business Administration/Studies/Management, Engineering or Healthcare related discipline
- Minimum 2 years in Operations/Administration/Data Analysis. Relevant experience in healthcare sector will be an advantage
