  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to localize product offerings.
  • Coordinate with global partners and local distributors to refine product requirements.
  • Create product concepts that align with regional consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Formulate marketing strategies and product positioning for overseas markets.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
  • Prepare Japanese‑language documentation, input materials, and review reports to conduct meetings with HQ design, engineering, and procurement teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience working in a commercial/industrial kitchen equipment manufacturer.
  • Experience in overseas business and overseas product planning.
  • Business level of Japanese proficiency to liaise with Japanese‑speaking counterparts and Japan HQ.
