Requirements
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints

  • Address customer feedback and ensure timely follow‑up until issues are resolved

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in‑person communication

  • Record all incoming enquiries accurately, including caller details (name, company, position, contact information) for follow‑up by the Business Development team

  • Oversee and coordinate collection schedules, purchase orders, and related operational activities

  • Prepare and manage administrative tasks such as customer billing, issuing service engagement forms (SEF/eSEF), compliance documentation, and monthly customer reports

  • Support the Customer Service Manager in driving customer satisfaction by collecting feedback and suggesting process enhancements

  • Maintain and update the customer and prospect database to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Liaise closely with internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Billing, and Site Operations) to ensure timely and accurate waste collection and service fulfillment

Responsibilities
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, operations coordination, or administrative support

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and customer‑oriented attitude

  • Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
