A leading global service provider in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator. You will act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and manage administrative tasks to ensure service fulfillment. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints
Address customer feedback and ensure timely follow‑up until issues are resolved
Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in‑person communication
Record all incoming enquiries accurately, including caller details (name, company, position, contact information) for follow‑up by the Business Development team
Oversee and coordinate collection schedules, purchase orders, and related operational activities
Prepare and manage administrative tasks such as customer billing, issuing service engagement forms (SEF/eSEF), compliance documentation, and monthly customer reports
Support the Customer Service Manager in driving customer satisfaction by collecting feedback and suggesting process enhancements
Maintain and update the customer and prospect database to ensure accuracy and completeness
Liaise closely with internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Billing, and Site Operations) to ensure timely and accurate waste collection and service fulfillment
Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline
At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, operations coordination, or administrative support
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and customer‑oriented attitude
Proficient in MS Office applications and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
