Job Description

Working in a multi-disciplinary team, you will be involved in helping to drive the management of operations to deliver the clinical department’s shared goal and overall strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, development, evaluation, and implementation of clinical services and programmes
  • Ensure compliance to the standards of operations
  • Conduct periodic reviews and updates of existing procedures and policies to improve the efficiency in service delivery and quality improvement
  • Manage and report administrative functions
  • Data analysis, proposal writing, monitoring of Key Performance Indicators, and generating performance reports
Competency
  • Strong communication skills and experience in working with or managing teams
  • Task and detail oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Strong analytical skills
Educational and Professional Requirements
  • A degree, preferably in Business Administration/Studies/Management, Engineering or Healthcare related discipline
