Job summary
A luxury retail company in Singapore is looking for a Retail Store Manager to oversee all store operations and ensure high levels of customer service. The Manager will work with the Brand/Retail Manager to achieve revenue goals, maintain inventory, and support staff training and customer relations. Responsibilities include achieving business goals, enhancing customer experience, and representing the brand professionally. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership qualities and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Achieve the store business goals.
- Support the Brand/Retail Manager in managerial and operational aspects.
- Assist in setting up operational procedures and staff training.
- Develop and maintain efficient inventory management.
- Support CRM and increase the base of VIP customers.
- Be an ambassador for the brand and maintain professionalism.
- Serve as a role model for staff in customer service.
To provide responsible and highly skilled management in directing all facets of retail store operation. The Manager manages the retail store consistent with the short and long term interests of the company and its employees. He/she will consistently provide our customers with the highest level of service possible and assist the Brand / Retail Manager in achieving budgeted revenue goals and monitoring expenses.
- To achieve the store Business Goals.
- Support Brand / Retail Manager on managerial and operational aspects of the store.
- Support Brand / Retail Manager in setting up operational procedures, staff training, customer service & staff general welfare.
- To develop and maintain efficient inventory management and integrity.
- Support the CRM and increase existing base of VIP customers.
- To be an ambassador for the represented BRAND and portray at all times a professional and customer oriented image.
- To be a role model to all staff in work performance, customer service and other relevant scope of duties.
