A digital media company based in Singapore is seeking a skilled Digital Video Content Creator. You will be responsible for producing high-quality short-form videos for platforms like TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in content creation, strong video editing skills, and a keen understanding of social media trends. We are seeking a skilled and creative Digital Video Content Creator with proven experience in producing high-quality short-form video content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu (XHS/Red Note) and Instagram Reels.
This role requires someone who understands digital trends, can work independently, and can conceptualise, film, and edit engaging content that supports our brand, product campaigns, and e-commerce objectives.
Conceptualise, film, and edit engaging short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Produce product videos, tutorials, reviews, behind‑the‑scenes content, brand storytelling, and lifestyle visuals.
Lead content production end‑to‑end: ideation → scripting → shooting → editing → publishing.
Capture both video and photo assets during shoots, events, and livestream‑related activities.
Edit videos with captions, transitions, music, sound effects, and platform‑optimised formatting.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual content.
Manage a library of raw footage, graphics, project files, and final assets.
Monitor digital trends, viral formats, and competitor content to inspire new ideas.
Propose creative concepts that improve brand visibility and engagement.
Contribute to campaign brainstorming sessions with the marketing team.
Work closely with marketing, e‑commerce, product, and livestream teams to meet content needs.
Prepare content for product launches, promotions, and social media campaigns.
Support on‑site shoots by managing lighting, props, and set preparation.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital content creation, videography, or social media production.
Strong proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
Fluent understanding of TikTok/Instagram trends, viral content mechanics, and audience behaviour.
Ability to plan and execute content ideas independently with minimal supervision.
Creative, detail‑oriented, and able to work under fast‑paced timelines.
Bonus skills: photography, graphic design, appearing on camera, product styling.
A dynamic, creative environment with full ownership of video direction and output.
