Responsibilities:
1. Banker's Guarantee Processing & Administration
Process and administer a high volume of Banker's Guarantees.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Handle pre-processing and processing of Banker's Guarantee/SBLC applications and amendments.
Perform miscellaneous functions related to Banker's Guarantee operations.
Ensure adherence to stipulated turnaround times.
2. Client Interaction & Communication
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Provide updates on the status of Banker's Guarantee transactions.
Address and resolve any client or stakeholder queries.
3. Regulatory Compliance
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant regulatory requirements.
Ensure that all operational processes are fully compliant.
4. Continuous Improvement
Identify areas for process improvement.
Implement enhancements to improve operational efficiency and reduce risk.
