Job summary
A leading management firm in Singapore is seeking a motivated finance professional to assist with financial reporting and cash flow management. Candidates should have a diploma in accountancy and at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office, along with strong communication skills, is essential. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma holder in Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work independently and communicate well in English.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of financial reports.
- Manage cash flow and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly budgets and handle GST reports.

- Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial and management reports.
- Assist in cash flow management, including preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly budget and bank reconciliation.
- Able to keep full set of accounts and proficient in XBRL.
- To maintain a filing system.
- To handle GST reports.
- Experience in Payroll will be great.
- Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting system.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Responsible, meticulous and having strong initiative.
- Minimum Diplomaholder in Accountancy/ LCCI/ Partial ACCA/ CAT.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field for this position.
- Able to work independently.
- Able to communicate well in English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
