COMPANY DESCRIPTION

We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable
  • Issueinvoices,credit notes, and ensure timely billing
  • Follow up onoutstanding customer paymentsand manage overdue accounts
  • Verify and processsupplier invoicesandpetty cash claims
  • Prepare payments through various modes (e.g., bank transfers, cheques, online platforms)
  • Prepare and updatemonthly payment schedules
  • Maintain accuratedaily cash bookandbank bookrecords
  • Performweekly and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation ofmonthly management accountsand financial reports
  • Attend toincoming callsand inquiries from customers and suppliers
  • Performing other duties or tasks as assigned by the immediate superior or Head of Department
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Available to start immediately or on short notice
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
