Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial and management reports.
• Assist in cash flow management, including preparation of monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist in monthly budget and bank reconciliation.
• Able to keep full set of accounts and proficient in XBRL.
• To maintain a filing system.
• To handle GST reports.
• Experience in Payroll will be great.
• Knowledge of Quickbooks accounting system.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Responsible, meticulous and having strong initiative.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diplomaholder in Accountancy/ LCCI/ Partial ACCA/ CAT.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field for this position.
• Able to work independently.
• Able to communicate well in English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
