A leading architectural design firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Technical Executive to assist in leading a team and preparing architectural drawings. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the architecture industry and be proficient in BIM software, particularly Revit. - Minimum 5 years of experience in the architecture industry is preferred.
- Proficient in using BIM software, especially Revit.
- Familiar with authorities’ submission procedure and code requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Technical Managers in leading the team on drawings preparation.
- Prepare/review architectural drawings using BIM or CAD software.
- Liaise with Project Architect and local authorities for compliance.
- Coordinate BIM tasks as required.
