Schedule:

5 days a week, inclusive of weekends and public holidays on a rotational roster (retail hours).

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Outstanding Patient Experiences: Create a warm, welcoming, and efficient front desk environment for every patient and visitor.
  • Manage Clinic Operations: Expertly handle appointment scheduling, patient registration, billing, and payment processing with accuracy and discretion.
  • Be a Knowledgeable Resource: Address patient inquiries via phone and in‑person, providing clear information on services, promotions, and clinic products.
  • Support Clinical Care: Accurately dispense medications and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless patient support.
  • Uphold Our Standards: Contribute to the clinic's pristine appearance through basic housekeeping and a collaborative team spirit.
