A construction management company in Singapore is seeking a Supervisor to manage a team of construction workers. The role includes ensuring safety regulations compliance, coordinating site activities, and communicating client feedback. Candidates should have experience in site coordination and be willing to work weekends and perform ad-hoc tasks. Offers a dynamic work environment with various responsibilities.
Manage and supervise a team of construction workers, ensuring that they are safe and productive.
Supervise and lead construction workers, subcontractors, and tradespeople on-site.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations (WSH Act) and company policies.
Ensure client feedback is communicated effectively to relevant departments.
Ensure all required permits, approvals, and documentation are obtained and updated.
Experience in site coordination and leadership.
Delivery of materials to construction sites.
Report to immediate superior to updates.
Daily fetching of foreign workers to and from dormitories and sites.
Fetching of foreign workers for all sorts of essential errands.
To collect materials and deliver to site.
To carry out all delivery as instructed.
Loading and unloading of materials and good.
To maintain the vehicle in clean and road worthy condition.
When there is no delivery, to assist in job sites as directed by the manager.
Willing to perform ad-hoc tasks assigned if required.
Must be able to work on both Saturday and Sunday when request.
