The primary purpose is to deliver value-add sourcing services to clients in a structured, professionaland consistent manner.

We are currently seeking a Senior Expert to join the IT O&O Sourcing Team. The Senior Expert needs to be a dynamic, highly client-focused individual with proven experience within IT Services.

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in all facets of strategic sourcing in an international environment of indirect goods and/or services.
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop positive relationships with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
• Excellent analytical skills and mindset demonstrating problem-solving, relationship management, escalation management and influencing skills with a strong customer-service orientation
• Good understanding of sourcing processes and best practices
• Ready to interact with stakeholders from all organizational levels
• A delivery-focused leader and a team player who is comfortable creating their own profile and credibility
• Experience in intermediate Excel (minimum), SAP, Ariba, Powerpoint (preferred)
• University degree (ideally in economics or Supply Management) or industry experience equivalent ideally with additional professional certification in Sourcing/Procurement.
