Position Title: Project & Business Assistant
Job Responsibilities
Market & Business Development Support
- Assist in preparing marketing and promotional materials for AInsightFlow.
- Organize product demo content, presentations, and event collateral.
- Support market research, data collection, and industry/competitor tracking in intelligent document processing (IDP) and AI automation.
- Assist with lead management, CRM updates, and partner follow-ups.
Partner & Channel Coordination
- Support communications and coordination with regional partners (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia, China).
- Help organize and follow up on partner meetings, proposals, and onboarding documentation.
- Track progress on channel-related projects to ensure deadlines are met.
Customer & Project Support
- Participate in pre-sales and demo sessions with enterprise customers.
- Assist in client onboarding documentation, follow-ups, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor key project milestones and consolidate feedback.
Internal Operations & Administrative Support
- Maintain task lists, project dashboards, and weekly reports for management.
- Prepare presentation materials, meeting summaries, and follow-up trackers.
- Manage daily schedules, travel arrangements, and procurement paperwork.
- Support documentation filing, version control, and record maintenance.
Other Tasks
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned, based on evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Prior internship or work experience in marketing, operations, or business support is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and good data management skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
