Position Overview

We’re seeking passionate, driven, young educators who excel in Mathematics to pioneer our Scholars program. This full‑time role offers an exciting opportunity for aspiring educators to enter the education field, undergo rigorous training, and rapidly evolve into outstanding tutors who deliver personalized, impactful Math tutoring to a multitude of age groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional one‑to‑one Primary School to JC/IB Math tutoring.
• Design and conduct engaging sessions tailored to each student’s individual needs and learning styles.
• Continuously assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to maximize learning outcomes.
• Participate actively in comprehensive curriculum training and professional development programs.
• Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment, prioritizing students’ mental and emotional well‑being.

Ideal Candidate

• IB Diploma graduate with a score of 7 in HL Mathematics: Analysis & Approaches (AA) or Applications & Interpretation (AI) or achieved an A in A-Level H2 Mathematics (or equivalent).
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Education, or a closely related field.
• Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and inspiring students.
• Highly motivated to continuously learn and grow as an educator.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — approachable, empathetic, and engaging.
• Prior experience in 1:1 private tutoring or similar educational settings.
• Comfortable travelling to students’ homes as part of the job (travel allowance provided).
• Open to being featured in events and social media.
