Operate as part of MOHH’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team to assist in carrying out Captive Insurance and ERM related work activities, including organisation of trainings, annual renewal, claims analysis, etc.
SCOPE
Organisation of Trainings
- Organise / coordinate the conduct of trainings under the Captive Insurance programme
- Liaise with identified training providers on registration, funding and invoicing arrangements
- Conduct post-training survey and evaluation
Captive Administration
- Assist in the general administration of Captive Insurance company including verification of invoices
- Assist in the preparation, review and verification of financial documents
- Assist in the annual renewal exercise to collate the necessary underwriting information for the annual renewal
- Assist in the preparation and conduct of meetings
Claims Management
- Update / collate notifications and claims data
- Analyse training and claims data to uncover trends and insights
- Follow-up with broker and insureds on claims matters
Other assignments
- Assist in the conduct of procurement tenders
- Assist in ERM projects and assignments
- Any other work-related tasks as directed by supervisor
