• Perform ad-hoc administration tasks on firewall and endpoint protection.
• Monitoring and check on server's health status.

Contract length: 2 years outsourced contract (renewable)

Working hours: 12 hr rotating shift (9 am – 9 pm or 9 pm – 9 am)

Job Requirements

• Minimum at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Basic knowledge in Windows Active Directory services
• Basic knowledge in Windows Certificate Authority services
• Manage and coordinate between customers and third‑party vendors for fault resolution where necessary
• Provide operation support, maintenance and administration
• Basic knowledge on switches and routers
