  • Handle staff recruitment including sourcing and interview arrangement.
  • Application, renewal, and cancellation of Work Pass/LOC with MOM.
  • Handling of government agencies matters such as work pass matters, levy waivers, tax clearance, surveys & claims etc.
  • Manage employees’ onboarding and offboarding.
  • Create and maintain employee profiles in Payroll system and Personal file.
  • Staff internal and external training administration including registration and SDF Application according to Training Plan.
  • Maintaining of staff leave and overtime record.
  • Preparation of data for payroll administration.
  • Taking care of staff welfare and recreational activities.
  • Application and monitoring of WICA cases and insurance claim.
  • Administration of staff benefits and rewards.
  • Handling of staff grievances and other ad-hoc human resource issues.
