Role Overview

The Human Resources Associate supports core HR and people operations in a lean and professional environment. This role works closely with senior stakeholders and plays an important part in ensuring smooth recruitment processes, employee administration, and internal coordination.

Job Description
  • Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, HR documentation, and maintenance of accurate HR records
  • Provide support for payroll-related documentation and leave administration
  • Deliver HR and administrative support in coordination with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Support internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and day-to-day people operations
  • Liaise with external service providers (e.g. payroll vendors, recruiters, corporate service providers) as required
  • Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with Singapore employment regulations and internal policies
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, HR administration or a similar support role
  • Proficiency in core HR operations and HR administrative processes
  • Familiar with HR systems or HRIS (experience with Infotech or similar systems is an advantage)
  • Comfortable learning and transitioning to new internal systems (e.g. moving from Infotech to Lark)
  • Familiar with employment laws and compliance standards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, as the role involves working with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and common office tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
