Job summary
A Company in Singapore seeks an accountable individual for an accounting support role covering A/R and A/P duties. Responsibilities include preparing and reconciling invoices, data entry of sales delivery orders, and general administrative tasks. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The position offers a supportive environment with a focus on personal data protection.
Qualifications
- Positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Perform accounting duties in supporting A/R, A/P including processing and checking documents.
- Prepare, check and reconcile customers/suppliers’ invoices and delivery orders.
- Data entry of sales delivery orders related to sales invoices.
- Ensure all documents are in order before processing payments.
- Handle general administrative duties.
- Sort, verify and file documents.
Skills
- Perform accounting duties in supporting in A/R, A/P including process and check the documents
- Preparing, checking and reconcile the customers/suppliers’ invoices, delivery orders
- Data entry of sales delivery orders in relation to sales invoice.
- Ensure all documents are in order before processing payment
- Handle general administrative duties
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
- Sorting, verifying and filing documents
- Have positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Working days: total 5 working days for a week + 1 Saturday in every month
