Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in accounting or related business.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and managing high volumes of data.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Process and issue invoices for school fees accurately.
• Collect and deposit fees, perform weekly bank reconciliations.
• Analyze revenue and costs, review concession postings.
• Ensure compliance with FRS 115 revenue recognition standards.
• Review and post month-end revenue entries, address discrepancies.
• Reconcile student numbers with class lists.
• Monitor payments from parents and companies.
• Maintain AR records, resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly financial reports.
• Support GST filing, audits, budgeting, process improvements.
