Job summary

A local logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Part-Time Admin Assistant to provide administrative support, manage office tasks, and assist with claims and invoicing. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a minimum GCE 'O' Level are required. Ideal candidates should be available 2–3 times per week for approximately 4 hours per day.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable.
  • Residing in Central or West areas preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support reception desk operations.
  • Provide administrative support to management team.
  • Assist with invoice processing and run simple reports.
  • Manage office pantry and storage space.
  • Filing of documents and records.
  • Assist in packing and preparation of packages.
  • Handle claims and timesheets.
  • Perform ad hoc duties and HR matters as assigned.
