We specialize in providing comprehensive company secretarial services, and Variable Capital Company (“VCC”) management to a diverse range of clients in Singapore. Our professional approach and dedication help clients maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

DESIGNATION: [ATOZ Consulting] Company Secretarial Executive (Korean‑Speaking)

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive individual to join our corporate secretarial consulting team. This role involves supporting corporate secretarial functions, with a focus on corporate documentation, compliance administration, system updates, and client correspondence.

  • Draft directors' and members' resolutions in accordance with statutory and client requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of corporate records and filings in ACRA, CAS, Salesforce and related systems.
  • Raise and update invoices in Xero, ensuring alignment with completed client work.
  • Maintain organized and up‑to‑date client documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the corporate secretarial team.
  • Draft, review, and respond to routine client email correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to track deadlines, follow up on client deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with business software tools (CAS360, Salesforce, Xero, MS Office/Google Workspace).
