Qualifications

As part of our team member of the TGCH Human Resource, we are seeking a detail-oriented incumbent to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across compensation, benefits, budget management, performance management, claims and billing administration.

Job Description

Reporting to Assistant Director, you will be involved in the following scopes (not limited to):

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Work in partnership with NUHS Group HR teams on compensation and benefits related activities, initiatives, including analysis and investigative work.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budget cycle exercises, including tracking of expenditures against approved budget, support the annual budget planning process and work closely with Finance team to ensure proper budget allocation and governance is adhered to.

Performance Management:

  • Assist in the annual performance management cycle in collaboration with Group HR team, TGCH Key Leads, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders.
  • Develop timeline plan, track completion rates, provide support to line managers and staff, collate and analyse data/reports for moderation exercises within TGCH and submission to Group HR team for approval, and other related activities.

Claims and Billing Administration:

  • Process and track claims and billings for timely submission and payment processing.
  • Maintain detailed records of all claims and billing activities. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and payment processes.

Others:

  • Undertake projects/assignments which may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource or its related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, budget or claims and billing management. Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for Assistant Manager position.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS systems (preferably SuccessFactors) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with performance management would be an added advantage.
