Job description

Do you want to play a pivotal role in expanding Pandora Asia’s digital footprint and driving strategic partnerships that accelerate growth on key marketplaces? If you are commercially minded, data-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity.

As a Marketplace Specialist, you will strengthen Pandora’s presence across Shopee, Lazada, and other key platforms. You will partner closely with the Asia cluster e-commerce team, local marketing, operations, and global digital partners to optimize trading performance, brand consistency, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Growth & Trading
  • Drive sales performance across regional marketplaces by optimizing assortment, pricing, and retail media activations
  • Lead joint business planning with top marketplace partners ensuring alignment on key campaigns, events, and growth drivers
  • Monitor daily KPIs (GMV, traffic, conversion, AOV) and adjust trading levers to deliver revenue and profitability targets
Partner & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for marketplace account managers, negotiating activations and ensuring execution excellence
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to deliver localized promotional strategies aligned with global brand guidelines
  • Work closely with global teams to ensure brand consistency and compliance with digital partner policies
Operations & Content Excellence
  • Oversee product listing quality (incl. PDP optimization) to maximize discoverability and conversion
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams on inventory availability, demand planning, and operational efficiency
  • Leverage integrator and analytics tools to ensure accurate pricing, stock visibility, and promotional tracking
  • Analyze regional marketplace trends, competitive pricing, and retail media effectiveness to inform strategy
  • Provide actionable insights to cluster leadership and global digital partners for ongoing optimization
Who You Are

To thrive in this role, you must be a strong relationship builder while always having a strong focus on driving analytics, insights, and reporting. You have a strong understanding of digital commerce, partner management, and data analysis. Further, you are proactive, adaptable, and have a positive outlook.

Key Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, online trading, or marketplace account management (experience with Shopee, Lazada, or Amazon is a strong plus).
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven track record of delivering GMV growth and optimizing retail media spend.
  • Hands‑on experience with marketplace tools and dashboards
  • Analytical ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into trading actions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to work in a global matrix organization.
  • Familiarity with P&L management, pricing strategies, and campaign planning.
