A leading financial services company based in Singapore seeks an Accounting & Finance Executive to maintain financial records, support daily operations, and prepare financial reports. This role requires a Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance, with 1–3 years of relevant experience. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The position may involve hybrid work depending on company policy.

Reports To: Finance Manager / Head of Finance
Employment Type: Full-time
The Accounting & Finance Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, and assisting in budgeting, auditing, and compliance activities. This role ensures the company’s financial processes run efficiently and meet statutory requirements while providing timely financial insights to management.
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Professional certifications (ACCA, CAT, LCCI) are an advantage.
1–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance roles.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP) preferred.
Fresh graduates with strong foundation in accounting may be considered.
Standard office hours (Monday–Friday).
Occasional overtime required during month-end closing or audit periods.
Hybrid or on-site depending on company policy.
