Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm)
Salary: $2,500 to $3,000
Working Location: Office - Ang Mo Kio

1. Handle full spectrum of HR functions including monthly payroll, CPF, work permit, leave management, monthly reporting, annual income filing for employees, MOM, & employee related surveys.
2. Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employee's records for accurate reporting.
3. Well-versed in payroll function to ensure payroll is performed in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Assist with recruitment from job posting, selection, arranging interviews, and new staff orientation.
5. Handle work passes matters (quota calculation, application, renewal, cancellation, etc.).
6. Responsible for leave management and medical records.
7. Assist and manage company insurance functions, e.g., updates, renewal, and claims.
8. Provide advice to staff on HR policies and procedures.
9. Review and update HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory acts and laws.
10. Maintain proper documentation of all relevant documents pertaining to payroll.
11. Process and submit yearly IR8A and IR21 for staff in a timely manner.
12. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.

1. Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or equivalent.
2. Knowledge of Employment Act and Work Injury Compensation Act.
3. Candidates with payroll experience and INFOTECH system knowledge will be an added advantage.
