Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant external audit or commercial experience preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum recognised Degree in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA
• Possess auditing knowledge with 1 year of relevant external audit or commercial experience or entry level candidate
• Exposure to International Financial Reporting Standards or Singapore Financial Reporting Standards
• Knowledge of group consolidation and audit software such as CaseWare would be an added advantage
• Independent and able to work in team
• Proactive and committed to meet deadline
• Professional altitude, meticulous, organised and able to multi-task

AUDIT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

The main responsibilities of the role will mainly include:

Service provision

• Prepare legible and comprehensive working papers based on audit procedures required
• Drafting of audited financial statements in accordance with the requirement of Singapore Reporting Standards and Companies Act
• Discussion of audit or accounting issues with partner before highlighting to clients

Client and relationship

• Act as a point of contact for the clients with supervision where necessary, and ensure that all communication, whether written or spoken is presented in a professional manner
• Respond to and deal with clients’ queries in a professional and timely manner to ensure prompt and quality services
• Ensure that the partner is kept up to date with any issues arising from all audit assignments

Other information

• Remuneration will commensurate with the level of experience and expertise

Location: Near to Bendemeer / Lavender MRT
