A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Senior Techno Functional Oracle HCM Consultant based in Riyadh. The consultant will support HRMS modules, train end users, and implement Oracle solutions. Ideal candidates will have substantial experience with Oracle HCM implementations, particularly in financial and private sectors. This role involves consultation, innovative problem-solving, and periodic reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Good experience in Oracle Human Capital Management 'Oracle HCM' Implementation.
• Comprehensive experience in Enhancements/Fixing projects for Oracle HCM.
• Experience in Financial & Private Sectors is preferable.

Senior Techno Functional Oracle HCM Consultant

• Consultancy and support of the HRMS modules by resolving user issues, collecting and managing business requirements and updating the system based on them.
• Held responsibility for the implementation of new HRMS modules and new system features according to ABF methodology.
• Show initiative and creativity in developing innovative work‑around solutions or new processes.
• Utilize Oracle tools (API, PL/SQL, Reports) and other relevant packages such as Discoverer.
• Ongoing development of HRMS modules. Participate in Reports and Forms customization.
• Assist in other Oracle functional or technical duties as required.
• Coordinate with Oracle DBA’s and System administrators for resolving internal technical issues.
• Implements and tests suggestions/recommendations by Oracle in Test instance and test Custom solutions.
• Train non-technical staff (end users) and prepare documentation and user guides for the implemented solution.
• Prepare and submit weekly activity reports to the PM, Unit Manager.
• Should have knowledge of Data conversion strategy and Standard Interfaces in Oracle HRMS family.
• Work with team members to drive the current ongoing implementation.
• Complete Payroll Set‑up (Key & Descriptive Flex Fields, creating elements, imparting user training & support to the client).
• Complete Public Employee Self Services (ESS) for the public sector in KSA.
• Writing complex Fast Formulas.
• Support for complete payroll cycle with Pay Processing, Retro Pay, Costing and Transfer to GL.
• Creating & linking various earnings & deductions elements & writing calculation rules using Oracle Fast Formula.
• OTL module setup, configuration and running.
• Map As-Is process, understand users expectations about To‑Be process.
• Prepare & get user approval for Functional Specifications.
