One of our clients in the Computer Software industry in Saudi Arabia is hiring for the position of Sales Specialist.

Years of Experience: 3+ years.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to one month.

The company is the leading HCIS provider in the MENA region, with over 20 years of innovation in human capital information systems and HR technology across the Middle East and North Africa.

They serve over 4,000 clients and 1.5 million users with specialized HR solutions, including Human Resources, Talent Management, Payroll, and Personnel solutions, supporting digital transformation to reduce operational costs, save time, and empower employees.

  • Drive revenue through new client acquisition for SaaS & Cloud Solutions.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline, working closely with marketing and Inside Sales teams.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from qualification to demonstration and closing.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored services.
  • Coordinate with account management, delivery, and implementation teams for technical deployment.
  • Plan, prospect, bid, negotiate, and close sales to meet financial targets.
  • Maintain customer relationships and manage client portfolios.
  • Ensure business growth and profitability by maximizing value.
  • Analyze customer data to enhance customer experience.
  • Improve onboarding processes and communication infrastructure.
  • Mediate between clients and the organization, handle requests and complaints, and reduce churn.
  • Assist in product design and development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Energetic and passionate.
  • Experience in consultative technology sales.
  • Strong technical aptitude, familiarity with CRM, ERP, and HRIS systems.
  • Experience selling SaaS enterprise software.
