A civil engineering consultancy is looking for a Bid & Staffing Engineer in Riyadh to support bid preparation and recruitment for major projects. Ideal candidates are graduate engineers with over two years of experience, under 28 years old and from the EEA. This role will require excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as familiarity with multiple engineering disciplines and project delivery structures. In this role, you will bridge business development and project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
This position is comprised of 50% bid management and 50% staffing.
Candidates for this VIE (International Internship Program) must be graduate engineers with more than two years of experience, under 28 years of age, and citizens of a country within the European Economic Area (EEA).

The VIE Bidding & Staffing Engineer will support our fast-growing, multi-disciplinary engineering organization of over 80 professionals — urban planners, designers, architects, environmental specialists, project managers, and subject matter experts — dedicated to delivering world-class engineering consultancy services across the Middle East, with a focus on Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious projects.
As we continue building a high-performing organization of experts for our departments (Urban Planning, Design, Environmental, PMC), we’re seeking a Bid & Staffing Engineer to play a key role in mainly two areas:
1. Support for tenders development— contributing to develop bids and proposal activities that drive business growth, including sourcing for tender staff requirements.
2. Recruitment and staffing for mobilization — ensuring the right experts are identified, evaluated, and ready for smooth deployment on awarded projects to meet both project and client needs.
This role bridges business development with project delivery, helping the company scale efficiently while maintaining a high standard of technical expertise and operational excellence.
