The Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychologist will apply psychological principles and research methods to improve the overall work environment, enhance employee well-being, and increase organizational effectiveness. This role will focus on areas such as employee selection and training, organizational development, performance management, workplace health and safety (including mental health), and creating a positive and productive work culture.
