This role will be primarily dedicated to ensuring the quality of all stages of production from raw materials inspection through in-process monitoring to final product assessment at our Miran plant

Responsibilities

• Establishing quality standards for products a company produces
• Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that operations meet production standards
• Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes
• Inspecting and testing the materials and equipment produced by a company
• Using gadgets such as micrometre screw gauges to measure products
• Verify welding joints, surface finishes, and other mechanical criteria based on technical drawings and welding procedures.
• Removing products that don’t meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality
• Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team
• Performing inspections at random to assess product quality
• Document inspection results accurately in QC reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and logs.
• Monitor adherence to production process parameters and alert supervisors about deviations.
• Participate in the calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments and tools.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action processes when defects or deviations are found.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering departments to ensure product quality and process improvements.
• Ensure proper tagging, quarantining, and tracking of rejected items.
• Follow safety and health procedures in all inspection activities.

Required skills and qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a QC Inspector within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Highly motivated fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial) are also encouraged to apply

• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding symbols.
• Familiarity with quality standards and inspection procedures in steel fabrication
• Fluent in English

Desirable:

• Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques is a plus
