Qualifications

• Four (4) years of related experience with Master's Degree or six (6) years with Bachelor's Degree.
• Current Registration from country of origin and Saudi Commission for Health Specialties required.
• Certification like MT (ASCP) or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Review and implement techniques to enhance laboratory performance.
• Train Medical Technologists in new procedures.
• Develop and update teaching materials.
• Guide complex procedures and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain quality control for new tests.
• Assist with publications for senior staff.
• Perform on-call duties as assigned.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
