Job Title: Senior Planning & Performance Management (P&PM)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Planning & Performance Management (P&PM) professional to join the S&SP Planning & Performance Management Division within the Products & Customers Planning & Performance Management Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic planning, performance analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and management requirements.
Division Responsibilities:
The Planning & Performance Management Division is responsible for:
- Reviewing, analyzing, and consolidating reports such as Business Plans, Accountability Reports, Quarterly Business Reviews, and ad-hoc management reports.
- Preparing reports at the departmental level within the Sales & Supply Planning organization and consolidating these reports for higher management review.
- Ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and relevance of reports to meet management's informational needs.
- Reviewing and processing subsidiary invoices from out-of-kingdom offices.
Primary Role & Responsibilities:
The Senior P&PM will be responsible for executing all planning and performance management functions. Key duties include:
- Planning and executing analytical activities related to business performance and strategic initiatives under supervision.
- Collecting, analyzing, and consolidating data from various departments to support Business Plans, Accountability Reports, Quarterly Reviews, MIS, and other ad-hoc reports.
- Conducting special studies to develop performance initiatives, benchmarking, risk management strategies, and process improvements.
- Providing supervision, coordination, and facilitation for routine and special tasks assigned to P&PM team members.
- Mentoring colleagues on analytical techniques and best practices within P&PM.
- Supporting management with high-quality reports, presentations, and insights to aid decision-making.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Accountancy, Finance) or a related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA are mandatory.
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in planning & performance management, preferably within the oil & gas industry.
- Proven ability to handle complex problems with analytical rigor and professionalism.
- Broad experience in planning, performance analysis, and reporting within a large corporate environment.
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
