Social Media Executive

We're looking for a Social Media Executive to join Leylaty Hospitality Group, helping us bring our story to life across digital platforms. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily activity, and building meaningful connections with our online community. You'll play a key part in enhancing brand awareness, driving engagement, and ensuring our digital presence reflects the elegance, creativity, and excellence that define the Leylaty experience.

• Content Creation : Develop and produce engaging content, including copy, images, and videos tailored to each platform and aligned with the brand's tone and audience.
• Platform Management : Oversee daily social media activity, schedule and publish posts, and maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
• Community Engagement : Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a vibrant online community that reflects Leylaty's warmth and hospitality.
• Analytics and Reporting : Monitor performance through analytics tools, evaluate campaign results, and provide actionable insights to refine future strategies.
• Campaign Management : Plan and execute social media and digital campaigns to elevate brand visibility, engagement, and growth.
• Brand Reputation : Track customer sentiment and help maintain a positive, professional, and engaging brand presence online.

• Skills : Strong communication (written and verbal), creativity, time management, strategic thinking, and proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
• Knowledge : Solid understanding of major social media platforms, digital trends, and audience engagement techniques.
• Qualifications : Proven experience managing social media for a brand or organization.
