We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead, execute, and optimize social media campaigns tailored for the Saudi market. This role requires a strong understanding of Saudi culture, online behavior, and emerging digital trends. You will be responsible for creating culturally relevant content, driving engagement, and enhancing brand awareness across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Management & Execution
- Plan, implement, and oversee social media campaigns on key platforms such as Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and X.
- Adapt campaigns to align with Saudi cultural milestones, seasonal events, and consumer trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across promotions, launches, and brand initiatives.
2. Content Creation & Localization
- Develop and localize engaging content that resonates with Saudi audiences, reflecting cultural values and modern preferences.
- Work closely with designers and creators to produce high-quality videos, reels, stories, and static assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across tone, visuals, and messaging.
3. Community Management & Customer Interaction
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
- Build a strong online community by promoting interactive content such as debates, Q&A sessions, and giveaways.
- Track customer sentiment and coordinate with relevant teams to enhance customer experience.
4. Market Insights & Trend Analysis
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior within Saudi Arabia.
- Conduct competitor research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the digital space.
- Report on shifts in audience preferences and emerging content formats.
5. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track performance metrics such as engagement, impressions, and reach across all platforms.
- Optimize content and campaigns based on data insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports outlining key results, insights, and recommendations.
6. Influencer & Partnership Management
- Repost and engage with influencer content to strengthen brand presence.
- Support partnership initiatives by planning and implementing social media coverage strategies.
- Utilize influencer-generated content during peak shopping periods to boost reach.
7. Quarterly Event Planning
- Plan and execute one community-focused event per quarter—such as influencer meetups, online activations, or experiential brand events—aimed at deepening audience engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on social media experience, ideally within an e‑commerce or consumer‑focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi culture, social media behaviors, and digital trends.
- Expertise in platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with an eye for culturally relevant storytelling and content creation.
