Resumo da oferta
A global construction management firm located in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Department Manager - Strategic Planning. The successful candidate will oversee strategic planning projects, ensuring alignment with national guidelines. Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or urban planning and a minimum of 20 years of related experience. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of urban and infrastructure planning disciplines, particularly within the KSA context.
Qualificações
- Minimum 20 years experience in related fields.
- Experience with utility providers and commercial/public cluster stakeholders.
- Preferable cultural understanding of project management within KSA.
Responsabilidades
- Adopt and implement Clients PMM and EXPROs Five-Year Projects.
- Manage development of the National Master Plan.
- Assess capability of existing department staff and recommend roles.
