Job summary

A global construction management firm located in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Department Manager - Strategic Planning. The successful candidate will oversee strategic planning projects, ensuring alignment with national guidelines. Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or urban planning and a minimum of 20 years of related experience. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of urban and infrastructure planning disciplines, particularly within the KSA context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years experience in related fields.
• Experience with utility providers and commercial/public cluster stakeholders.
• Preferable cultural understanding of project management within KSA.

Responsibilities

• Adopt and implement Clients PMM and EXPROs Five-Year Projects.
• Manage development of the National Master Plan.
• Assess capability of existing department staff and recommend roles.

Expert in central development master planning

Thorough knowledge of urban and infrastructure planning disciplines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Extensive experience working internationally
