This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury mixed-use development in Riyadh, KSA.Mace are providing project management consultancy services.

  Act as the day-to-day operational manager for any design managers or other design management resource deployed to projects.

  You will be responsible for leading the delivery of design management to deliver key strategic outcomes & sub-function KPIs, directly influencing strategic development.

  You will be the main point of contact for client design issues, ensuring relationships are managed and maintained.

  Develops delegated elements of annual business plan outcomes to deadlines and budget.

  Leading and manages design resource for project/s.

  Managing daily operations for project/s design resource /managers.

  Leading and presents management review data/key performance indicators (KPIs) to project and sub-function leadership.

  Supporting business development and work winning activities.

  Leading the identification, development, and delivery of relevant training.

  Ensure management system is followed and whole project roles and responsibilities are adhered to.

  Acts as focal point for design related matters on project/s.

  Recommends and initiates change to project delivery plans, develops new design management tools and operating processes.

  Supporting and influences procurement routes, contractual and legal aspects of project/s.

  Contributes to the promotion of technical excellence, support dialogue/communication.

  Collaborates project management office (PMO) teams (as required) ensuring coordinated deliverables.

You’ll need to have:

• 
  

  Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.

  Relevant bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

  
  
  


• 
  

  Member of a relevant professional body.

  
  
  


• 
  

  Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.

  
  
  


• 
  

  Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
