The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, developing marketing strategies, and managing key sales channels including NUPCO, distributors, and hospital accounts.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive business expansion across Saudi Arabia.
- Manage and strengthen strategic partnerships with NUPCO, government authorities, hospitals, and key distributors.
- Utilize strong NUPCO network and relationships to secure tenders and product listings.
- Oversee market research and competitor analysis to guide pricing and positioning.
- Lead the development of marketing materials, digital campaigns, and trade show participation.
- Monitor and evaluate sales KPIs and performance metrics across all regions.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless supply and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales and marketing team to achieve revenue targets.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or Relevant field(MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the medical device industry.
- Proven success in tender management, NUPCO operations, and established relationships within NUPCO and healthcare procurement bodies.
- Strong commercial acumen and market knowledge of the Saudi healthcare and medical devices sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English.
