In this leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies specifically tailored to protect our operational technology (OT) environment. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring that our OT systems remain secure and resilient, enabling the seamless integration of technology in our ambitious projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust cybersecurity framework specifically for operational technology that aligns with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
  • Assess current OT security posture and identify gaps, vulnerabilities, and risks in our systems.
  • Coordinate with IT and engineering teams to ensure the secure design and deployment of OT systems.
  • Establish and enforce OT cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures to mitigate risks and enhance protection.
  • Lead incident response efforts related to OT cybersecurity incidents and develop recovery plans.
  • Conduct training and awareness programs for staff on OT cybersecurity best practices and incident reporting protocols.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats and technological advancements affecting OT environments to refine and enhance security measures.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies to maintain compliance with relevant standards.
Qualifications
  • Comprehensive benefits package (Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field).
  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on operational technology or industrial control systems.

  • Proven experience managing OT security assessments, audits, and incident response.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex security challenges.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of working collaboratively across teams.
