Signing Partner (Saudization)

About the Role:

We are seeking a CMA-approved Signing Partner to join our leadership team in Jeddah. This is a senior-level role for a Saudi national with deep financial expertise, strong regulatory acumen, and proven leadership in managing audits and financial oversight within publicly listed companies. As the Signing Partner, you will be responsible for signing off on audits and financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies, and supporting the growth of the firm through quality assurance and strategic insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the signing authority for financial audits and statutory reporting engagements.
• Lead and oversee assurance and advisory teams, ensuring compliance with CMA and SOCPA regulations.
• Review and approve financial statements, disclosures, and related documentation for clients including listed entities.
• Provide strategic leadership in client engagements, especially those involving complex or high-risk financial matters.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international financial reporting standards and regulatory changes.
• Represent the firm in external and regulatory engagements as a senior-level representative.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management.

Requirements:

• Saudization (mandatory)
• CMA Approved (mandatory for signing authority)
• SOCPA Membership with 5+ years of experience
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a public company
• Strong understanding of IFRS, SOCPA standards, and CMA regulations
• Proven ability to lead audit or assurance engagements at a senior level
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership qualities with a commercial mindset and attention to quality and compliance
