This role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, along with experience in managing tenders and supervising a team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of local codes and regulations, market conditions, and have a background in managing mega-projects. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred. Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of local codes, regulations, materials, and pricing trends in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire cost estimation process for projects.
• Prepare and review detailed cost estimates.
• Manage the full tendering process.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary inputs.
• Supervise a team of estimators and quantity surveyors.
