The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 8 years of professional experience, including 5 in supervisory roles. This position demands strong knowledge in project management, building codes, and energy efficiency. A focus on teamwork and communication is vital to ensure project success and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years working experience, with 5 years in a supervisory position.
• 2 years GCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise all MEP subcontractors and coordinate with clients.
• Monitor and control work progress to ensure timely completion.

Skills

Knowledge of laws and regulations governing large construction projects

In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies

Knowledge of building systems and energy technologies

Knowledge of energy efficiency and performance contracting

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering

Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or LEED Certification
