Job Opportunity: Warehouse Team Leader

Location: All Main Cities in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khamis Mushait, Madinah, and others).

Job Summary

The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Supervisor by leading warehouse teams and overseeing daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role focuses on coordinating staff, driving productivity, and ensuring compliance with company standards and KPIs while acting as a key communication link between the warehouse floor and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse teams to achieve daily performance targets and KPIs.
• Organize shift schedules and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Oversee warehouse processes, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Conduct regular inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Motivate, support, and develop team members to ensure high performance.
• Serve as the communication link between warehouse staff and supervisors or management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, MIS, or a related field.
• Experience in leading or coordinating warehouse operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
