Role Overview

RedBox is a fast-growing smart logistics company transforming last-mile delivery through an innovative network of smart lockers and PUDO points. We partner with leading eCommerce platforms and retailers to provide faster, cost-effective, and flexible delivery solutions across Saudi Arabia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients in eCommerce, retail, and logistics sectors
  • Understand client needs and propose RedBox solutions that solve delivery and cost challenges
  • Lead the full sales cycle: cold outreach, presentations, pricing, contract negotiation, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Maintain CRM records, forecast pipeline, and report weekly performance
  • Attend relevant industry events and represent RedBox with professionalism
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue and shipment volume targets
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • 4–8 years experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in logistics, courier, or eCommerce
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with sales metrics, CRM tools, and pipeline management
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
