Job Title: Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Job Summary

Oversee and optimize all logistics, warehouse, and installation activities to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality service delivery across departments, while maintaining proper stock control and team coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and train logistics, warehouse, and installation teams to achieve departmental goals.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for logistics and warehousing.
  • Monitor team attendance, overtime, and submit HR-related requests.
  • Analyze operational reports and take corrective actions where needed.
  • Ensure accurate data and system entries (NAV, CRM), and perform random audits.
  • Oversee transport operations, optimize delivery efficiency, and control logistics costs.
  • Supervise warehouse operations, inventory reconciliation, stock movement, and space planning.
  • Coordinate with procurement and showroom teams to manage slow-moving and dead stock.
  • Evaluate installation team performance, manage outsourced contracts, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Submit regular performance and cost reports to management.
