Key Accountability Areas

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers on manpower planning and hiring, determining selection criteria with Line Managers.
• Utilize experience in headhunting and sourcing to identify top talent and manage the end-to-end sourcing and screening process, including conducting interviews.
• Support employer branding efforts and promote the company's value proposition.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Fulfill reporting requirements and provide market data and insights to inform hiring strategies.
